- Use the two-bucket method: one bucket with the shampoo solution, the other with clean water.
- Soak a sponge or wash mitt in the shampoo solution and start washing from the top of the car.
- After washing each section, rinse the sponge or mitt in the clean water bucket.
- Do not let the shampoo dry on the car’s surface—rinse it off with cold water.
- After washing, dry the car with a microfiber towel.
