ADBL SUPER POLISH is a medium cutting-strength polishing compound designed to remove moderate scratches from the polished surface, achieving a high gloss level in a one-step paint correction. The compound is effective at removing tarnishing from sandpaper with P2000 gradation and excels in eliminating micro-scratches resulting from automatic car washes and daily use. With excellent finishing properties, it leaves a mirror-like effect on the paint. The water-based formula, free from silicones, fillers, and waxes, ensures easy removal of leftover paint and dust generated during work. It is ideal for multi-stage paint correction or as a one-step compound for medium-hard paints. ADBL SUPER POLISH is versatile, designed for use with rotary and dual-action polishing machines and compatible with wool, foam, or microfiber polishing pads.
Usage:
1. Attach the pad evenly to the backing plate.
2. Apply 4 beads of the compound on the pad.
3. Place the pad flat against the panel to be treated.
4. Turn the machine on at the lowest gear without using much pressure and spread the paste over an area of a maximum of 40 x 40 cm.
5. Increase the speed of the machine up to the 3-4 gear while gently increasing the pressure.
6. Work constantly, maintaining the flat position of the pad on the paintwork.
7. Once the paste is used up (forms a transparent film), wipe the residue with a delicate microfiber cloth.
Note:
* Using too much paste, applying too much pressure, or using a high rotation speed can decrease efficiency and cause:
* Overstuffing the pad
* Difficulty in removing the paste residue
* Quick drying and dusting of the paste
* Creation of paste frames around the work area, which are difficult to remove when dry
